Frosuga, Sea Monarch

Frosuga the Sea Monarch is a legend among the triton and other underwater dwelling races. A massive dragon-like fish who roams the seas in search for a long lost treasure, the Skeleton Dice. She is a cooperative Monarch and is willing to make deals with pirates and other adventurers who wish to aid her in her quest of finding this lost dice set.
According to legend Frosuga was a simple barmaid near the eastern coast of Baephios and always longed for the sea, but women were seen as bad luck to have on a ship. She defied the rules and saved enough money to buy her own ship and sail out into the StokeShire Archepeligo. A unlucky monsoon brewed and drowned the poor girl. However, her resolve for adventure on the open waters overpowered the thought of death. Thus the transformation happened turning the girl into Frosuga the Sea Monarch.
Many pirates are vessels of Frosuga and are activley out looking for the long lost treasure she so desires, the Skeleton Dice.
