Sandar, Shadow Monarch

Sandar the Shadow Monarch is an unpredictable Monarch and the most cunning of them all. Sandar is sly like a fox, but holds the ferocity of a wild wolf. Sandar can freely travel through the shadows popping in and out as he pleases. His control over the shadows is second to none being able to trick people and then pounce on them.
Legend says that Sandar devours his victims through the large zipper-like mouth that rests vertically on his chest. Sandar is one of the few Monarchs that get the most vessels. Sandar vessels are the most prone to forming cults and worshipping Sandar. Unfortunetly because Sandar is a Monarch and not an actual deity/god so Sandar doesn't care about them or know of their existence whatsoever.
Sandar is more dexterous than strong. More intellegent than charming and is one of the few Monarchs that aren't just chalked up to be some myth or legend. Sandar is very prevalent in the everyday life of Baephios. So if you ever feel like your shadow is a big darker than before then you might just be a vessel of Sandar.
