Sebado
Sebado is a town with the river Tadpole Run running right through it into the Mangrove Cove of Selatres. Because of the abundance of water in their general area rice fields stretch for miles. Street festivals are a common occurrence here happening about every other week. The streets are full of street food and rice-based deserts and whatnot. Sake is their choice of alcohol here and is widely considered the strongest alcohol in the country. This town is ruled by a benevolent sovereign whose words are as smooth as honey and a smile who could melt the heart of any woman. The town of Sebado is a happy one. This is mainly due to their history of a long and horrible siege on them. For one long year, the town was attacked by Gnolls. Humanoid hyena/dog type creatures who would come and steal women and children. They would raid the town of everything but gold. People would fear for their lives every night before bed. Now that problem has been put to rest as a kind-hearted wizard name Jaxtopher, came and solved their Gnoll problem easily. Now the town of Sebado takes time to be happy and relaxed as before they were so tense and worried. However, seeing the destruction that Jaxtopher left the Gnoll nest leaves a small bit of fear for arcane users in Sebado. Jaxtopher left a giant magical golem to protect the town before he left. The golem remains dormant until a threat arrives. The laws in Sebado are enforced by a cheerful drunken sheriff Tortle named Gil. He is loved by the town and respects his authority. However, he tends to go a little too hard on the sake some nights and gets frisky. Other than Gil there is no other authority figure in Sebado, but he and the golem make sure Sebado is safe. The sake is a big draw, but an even bigger draw is the giant temple they have dedicated to Kava.

Geography
Sebado is hugging the southern costal line of Selatres with a delta and river near. There is a bog not too far from Sebado where Trolls and Gnolls have been spotted. That place is mostly barren due to the arcane powers of Jaxtopher.
