Tharballa
Second seat on the Rime Seat Council in Vasldor, Free Nation of the Empire. Tharballa has aided in the cultivation of several underground crops with her deep understanding of the Underdark. Certain mushrooms and bioluminecent plants act as natural light and a good food source. Tharballa's connection with nature underground is the main reason why she is seated so high on the council.
