Vaera Kingdom

The Vaera Kingdom is a nation full of money and magic. The main export of this nation are the powerful magical items and naturally powerful magic artifacts found in the mountains and the Wild Islands. The Vaera Kingdom, despite the title, does not have a royal bloodline that sits on the throne. They instead have a bloodline of "Wise Masters." These individuals are held in high regard in determining the ins and outs of the nation. The current head of the nation is a young elven woman named Wise Master Siora Virien. She just recently took the top spot in the Kingdom and has been doing exceptionally well.
The Vaera Kingdom has very good ties with the Vridium Empire as well as the Noclon Confederation. There is no love however, for the savage nation of Zochakha. The Vaera Kingdom does business and trade with the Noclon Confederation as well as the Vridium Empire. Travelling merchants will find great success anywhere that isn't in the Vaera Kingdom. The prices anywhere in the Vaera Kingdom are ridiculously high and well worth the money. There are no villages in the Vaera Kingdom and barley any towns. Only cities full of magic and imported tech from Hugo City. The Vaera Kingdom is the only place where you can actually find firerms occasionally.   The land is mostly untamed grasslands with fierce winds coming from the Wild Islands. Wyverns are very common in these grasslands, as well as hill giants. Of course you have the massive mountain range that is also part of the Vaera Kingdom. The Mirrored Rise mountain range is full of dragon lairs, goblin hideouts and many more vicious demon dens reside in the cracks and paths deep into the mountains.   The Vaera Kingdom is home to a lot of wizards and elves. The majority of Elves that exist come from the Vaera Kingdom. Some say that the area where the Vaera Kingdom is located is where the first Elves came from. No one knows for sure, but all the evidence points to that being the case.

Structure

The Vaera Kingdom have a group of individuals known as the Wise Masters. These special individuals are found early in age and put through difficult training and tests to see if they have the mind for a Wise Master. Among this group they nominate the wisest of them all to be their spokesperson and head of the council. Currently that title has recently changed over to Wise Master Siora Virien.

Culture

The culture in the Vaera Kingdom is that of very pompous and rich people. With a mix of mostly Elves and humans they see their race as superior to all other races. This is, in part, due to the massive wealth the nation has accumulated over the years of magic item producing. Almost everyone who lives in a decently sized town try and out-do eachother when it comes to anything coin related.

Public Agenda

The Vaera Kingdom is currently in the middle of a massive problem. More and more recently the Wild Islands have been sending their beasts to the land and terrorize the local towns. This has never happened before and often not even magic is enough to keep the Wild Islands at bay.

Assets

The Vaera Kingdom relies on magical ore, and key components for spells for their assets. The Wild Islands also provide the nation with a lot of use. The Vaera Kingdom also has the largest arsenal of magic casters of all the four nations. Their capital Krison is the richest city in all of Baephios and their rare magic item emporium would make any rich aristocrat's wallet tremble.

History

As far as anyone is concerned the Vaera Kingdom has been in existence for all of recorded history. Unlike the other founded nations, the Vaera Kingdom was already here, governed by Elves. Eventually humans and other races made their way here and changed the demograhpic.
