Phillips Tower

A landmark in the Inner Harbor, Phillips Tower collapsed (supposedly) due to erosion and stress to the building - crumbling concrete beneath the Harbor Walk. Exposure to the water over long periods of time had weakened it, and led to the building collapsing under its own weight.
In reality, the assassin Arslan used explosives to bring the tower down in his attempt to isolate his target, Persephone Blackwood, who had fled to the tower with her boyfriend Lucien Corbin after he had burned their haven. Margo, the owner of Phillips Tower and PhillipsTech, welcomed her home to them (to her detriment).
The tower is in the process of being rebuilt, but several lives were lost.
