Revolution

Toreador Justicar Lucius Vorenus arrived in the city to confront Eleanor over breaches of the Masquerade, and the arrival of the Second Inquisition. Eleanor revealed she orchestrated the breaches to draw the Inquisition to clear out her rivals, and to force the Camarilla to respond. She then ambushed the Justicar with the strongest members of her court, and orders her Marshal, Matt Drake, to diablerize him.

This, combined with a deal with the Baltimore Caitiff Underground and their protector, Augusta, gave Eleanor three methuselah strength beings to protect her Domain. The Queen declared her independence, and laid out the foundation of a new nation on the New Year. She founds the Kingdom of Baltimore, and declares herself free of the Camarilla, the Anarchs, and all other factions.
