Stone of Far-speech
This palm-sized stone was crystallized from an alchemical solution created by Jeny, the Herbalist that infused it with magic.
When attuned to another Stone of Far-speech, its user can speak into the stone as if casting the sending spell. However, there is no restriction on the number of words when using the stone. The sound of the speaker comes out of the stone instead of inside the user's head, so anyone nearby can hear what is being said. The volume of the stone can not be adjusted unless the speaker changes the volume of their own voice. As such, using the stone to communicate would be equivalent to the other user standing next to you when speaking.
As a bonus action, you can "will" the stone to turn off so the user of the other stone won't be able to communicate with you. Useful if one is trying to remain stealthy.
If you attempt to send a message to a disabled stone, you immediately become aware that the other stone has been disabled. Stones need to be held and willed to send a message. One can not be left somewhere to eavesdrop on conversations. However, if a user activates a stone while speaking with someone else, the other user will be able to hear the conversation as if they were in the same room.
