Tiefling

History suggests the every Tiefling has familial ties to an ancient cult of nobility that vied for power. This led the cult to make deals with fiendish creatures from both devils and demons. While the exact reason is unknown, this cult had a downfall and was punished. As a result infecting their bloodline with fiendish traits, creating generations of Tieflings.
While the fiendish bloodline does not make a Tiefling turn evil, the xenophobia from other races have pushed some Tieflings into that lifestyle. Though a number of them have striven to become paragons of good, with a small few even becoming holy paladins.
