Milivoj
Temperamental Gravedigger
Milivoj is rarely seen without a shovel, which he wields like a club.
He is the one who stole the bones of St. Andral, whom Father Lucian Petrovich correctly suspects. But the priest was reluctant to confront Milivoj because the lad is so temperamental. Father Lucian did not report the theft for fear of the distress that the news might cause, and he didn’t want to ruin the burgomaster's upcoming festival.
Milijov rejects the burgomaster’s proclamation that “All will be well!” and is frustrated that he can’t protect his younger siblings. He wants to be free of Barovia’s curse but sees no hope of escape.
History
While looking to get riled up by Jasper, Daphne managed to diffuse the situation with her calm and gentle kindness. He also admitted to passing along the information to Henrik van der Voort, the local coffin maker, and to stealing the bones for Henrik in return for money to help feed his younger sisters and brothers. He has no idea that Dietro nearly killed him.Death of a Gravedigger
Milivoj was a victim of a gruesome crucifixion alongside Henrik van der Voort. However, unlike Henrik, Milivoj was reported to have survived, but was taken to the Burgomaster's Mansion, even though he was the victim of the crime. During the party's rescue of Ireena Kolyana from Izek Strazni, Daphne set part of the house aflame while fleeing, leading to the whole house to eventually burn to the ground. The family escaped, however Milivoj could nott escape due to being held prisoner. His body was found alongside another prisoner sometime between 48-49 Tyana.
