Breaking into Castle Triskelion

General Summary

The party regrouping the morning after fighting off the harpies, set about deciding where to head next, their is some thought that they should continue on to the collage of magic as it is closer, but eventually they decide that the longer they delay the greater the likelihood Narciso will be dead when they find him, thus they backtrack to Castle Triskelion.
At the castle they spend some time assessing the situation, not wanting to stroll through the front door they send Hauflin and Giltris to scale the wall and sneak in through a first floor window. Hauflin flies up easily and is briefly startled by a flock of bats, Giltris follows and manages to squeeze inside unnoticed. Hauflin pesters one of the still sleeping bats for information on where prisoners may be held and how larger people might get into the castle, Giltris snoops around and considers making a rope out of some old tapestrys to help the others up but from the information Hauflin got from the bat it seems the cells are beneath the castle so they head back outside to talk to the others.
Discussing their options Astra decides to try summoning an earth elemental to dig a tunnel into the rooms under the castle, this works and they proceed down the new tunnel, when they get to the bottom they find a skeleton hard at work bricking up the hole, the group manage to sneak past the skeleton out into the hallway.
Heading north they find a room with the stairs to the ground floor and a secret doorway. The secret door leads to a room with a bag suspended over a hole in the ground and the dead body of a human, searching the body reveals some thieves tools and no signs of injury leading Astra to suspect poison, after debating what to do Astra leaves the room thinking that this is a distraction from their true objective, Ragnaros cuts down the bag and Giltris catches it, it turns out that it contains some gold, a potion of polymorph and a ring of cats eyes. Hauflin nicks the ring attracted by its shiny nature.
The party then head south finding the next room to be full of skeletons they debate going back and heading upstairs, while the others are talking Hauflin gets bored and shoots a fireball into the room destroying almost all the skeletons, Ragnaros then finishes off the others.
as they head farther into the dungeons they meet an orc woman who has heard the noise they made and accuses them of trespassing, after some arguing it turns out that she is also here looking for Narciso although it is implied for less than friendly reasons. The party agree to hand Narciso over to her in exchange for her help and the ability to question him first.
After wandering the dungeon for a while and destroying some more undead the party eventually find Narciso's cell, Giltris breaks into the cell with little difficulty but his manacles prove to be a greater problem.
While Astra is examining the magic on the manacles the party question Narciso about Leldrin, he reveals that Leldrin is looking for a particular magic staff sealed in the collage of magic, to get it he needs the information on the Tome he acquired at Fort Eidolon and a special key he believes is in Castle Triskelion, when he has the staff he plans on performing a great ritual at the spire of emerald.
With the information gotten Astra concludes that if they open the manacles it will kill Narciso, so the party decide to remove the manacles from the wall and just leave them on him, with the whole party helping out they manage to detach the manacles from the wall at that point Ragash (the orc) enters the cell, grabs Narciso and throws him over her sholder commenting that him still chained up is perfect.
The group then start looking for a good exit, or a good place to make an exit.
