Lairs atop Mount Vapor in the Throal Mountain Range. Icewing has had considerable contact with Namegiver races in the past, usually through intermediaries. Known to have a large group of Namegiver servants/employees. Has considerable interaction with the Court of Throal. Can be petitioned with suitable gifts through one of his emisaries in Throal.
