Batwo

The oceans make up over two-thirds of our Barur . Thus, it is no surprise, usually unbeknownst to those who love the lands more than the seas. In the modern tongue, even in our movie heroes, we speak of Atlantis, of the great city under the waves. These people, they can control the waves and harness the surf.

Therefore, the Batwo are the largest empire on this earth. There are five major centers to this empire, but there are presumably thousands more with the countless watery depths about our surface.
The first is nestled between what would be modern day northern Australia and the islands to its north. It is the smallest. Deep Reef
The second is west of Australia, but clearly in between also India, the Horn of Africa, Madagascar and Antarctica. This is the second smallest city of the Batwo. Reef Star
Next, in what would be our Atlantic Ocean, we have the final three pieces to the Batwo Empire.
Between Eastern South America today, and Western Africa, there lies arguably the largest of the Batwo cities: Blue Shell . It is said it was left, the shell that encompasses and protects the city, by one of the ancient first creations of the The Six All-Parents . However, it is also could be what brought Bir to this realm and what started the churning and dancing with the Moon. Nonetheless, the historical, tradiational and geopolitical provenance this city haves is only rivaled by its secrecy. Only those who know the waves, know the soul of the oceans' spirits, can find Blue Shell.
North easterly, buy very clearly arriving closely to the western banks of Africa, we have The Tower of the Batwo . This is a tremendous feat of architectural brilliance, for this tower climbs almost as high into the sky as it dives into the depths of the seas.
The last major city of the Batwo would be the most likely remnant that would inevitably create the contemporary myths of Atlantis. This is the Crescent Reef .

Structure

The most attuned to Bir rules. This can be seen in the general definitions of what the Batwo are.
Like the depths of the sea, there is always a bigger fish. There is always something below.
However, there are general subspecies that define a stratification between the beings gifted by the All-Parents with sentience.
