You curse a target with horrific, painful boils that burst with acidic puss. One target you can see within range must make a charisma saving throw. On a failed save, their body erupts with dozens and dozens of boils, taking 12d4 acid damage, or half as much on a successful save.
A target who fails their saving throw takes 3d4 acid damage the first time each turn they are hit with a weapon attack, and has disadvantage on charisma checks until the spell ends. A target can repeat their charisma save at the end of each of their turns.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage increases by 3d4 for each slot level above 4th.
