Chains of astral mist sprout forth from your hand and extend towards a target you can see within range. Make a ranged spell attack against a creature within range. On a hit, the target is shackled by the astral chains. For the duration of the spell, the target cannot teleport or move from one plane to another through a spell or by any other means.
Whenever a spell or ability is used that would cause the target to teleport or move from one plane to another, the spell or ability is expended and it fails to take effect.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell at 6th level, the duration increases to 1 hour. When you cast this spell at 8th level, the duration increases to 24 hours. When cast at 7th level or higher, the spell no longer requires concentration.
