You let out a loud cry, mimicking the roar of a dragon. One target that you can see within range must make a Wisdom save or succumb to the instinctual fear creatures have when facing a dragon. On a failed save, the target takes 1d6 psychic damage, and must expend two feet of movement for every one foot it moves closer to you until the start of your next turn.
At Higher Levels: This spell's damage increases by 1d6 when you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6).
