Create a large icicle in the shape of a spear, which magically hurls itself at a target you can see within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 4d6 cold damage and has disadvantage on all attack rolls it makes until the end of its next turn.
At Higher Levels. For each spell slot above level 2nd, the target's take an additional 1d6 damage.
