4th-level Conjuration   Casting Time: 1 action   Range: 120 feet   Components: V, S, M (A vial of water from the Elemental Plane of Water, worth 25g which is consumed on use.)   Duration: Concentration, up to 10 minutes.   You conjure seawater inside of the lungs of a creature you can see within range, causing them to start suffocating. This spell has no effect against a creature with more than 60 hit points or against creatures who do not need to breathe or can breathe underwater.. A creature affected by this spell is unable to breathe or speak, and cannot cast spells with verbal spell components.   While this spell is active, you can use your bonus action to cause the liquid within the target's lungs to swell, dealing 2d8 cold damage to the creature.   Spell Lists.
