The next time you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack during the spell’s duration, the weapon sinks into your target, leaving their ability to harm others weakened, and the attack deals an extra 1d10 Psychic damage to the target. Additionally, if the target is a creature, it must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, designate up to three other creatures. Those creatures have resistance to damage dealt by the target until the end of your next turn.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the extra damage dealt by the attack increases by 1d10 for each slot.
