You sing a mournful, harrowing song for a creature you can see within range. That creature must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, they take 1d8 necrotic damage and the target cannot regain hit points until the start of your next turn.

At Higher Levels: This spells damage increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level, 11th level and 17th level.
