You can manipulate the shadows around you, causing one of the following effects for the duration:

• You may extinguish a non magical light source within range.
• You cause the temperature to drop noticeably, creating an odd chill in the air.
• The shadow of one creature you can see within range detaches and acts on its own.
• You turn bright light into dim light, and dim light into darkness in a 5 foot cube.
