2nd-level Conjuration   Casting Time: 1 action   Range: 120   Components: V, S, M   Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute.   A small wind storm picks up in a 5 foot radius, 40-foot-high cylinder centered on a point within range. Until the spell ends, the space becomes difficult terrain.   When a creature enters the spell's area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it is battered and sliced by the wind and must make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, it takes 2d10 thunder damage and is pushed 5 feet in a direction of your choice, or half as much damage on a successful one and is not pushed.   On each of your turns after you cast this spell, you can use an action to move the storm 60 feet in any direction.   At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage is increased by 1d10 for each spell slot above 2nd.   Spell Lists.
