You fire a burst of scalding hot steam at a target you can see within range. The target must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 1d8 fire damage. A target submerged in water does not benefit from resistance to this fire damage.
At Higher Levels: This spell's damage increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level, 11th level and 17th level.
