You create a powerful tendril of water and brandish it like a whip, lashing it at an enemy you can see within range. Make a melee spell attack against a target. On a hit, they take 2d10 cold damage, and you can choose to either knock the creature prone, or pull them up to 10 feet closer to you.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d10 for each slot above 2nd.
