You create four tendrils of water that swirl around you, lashing out at nearby creatures. They can all be made against one target or several. Make a Melee spell attack for each tendril. On a hit, deal 2d8 Cold damage and push the target 5 feet in a direction of your choice.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a slot of 4th level or higher, create an additional tendril for each spell level above 3rd.
