The Tallow Coast

The southeastern shore of Bastollo is dominated by a region known as the Tallow Coast, known far-and-wide as the most beautiful part of Bastollo. An enormous beach of pale sand, peppered with palm trees and other such exotic vegetation. Buried beneath these sands are enormous amounts of shellfish, with shells painted every colour under the sun. These shellfish provide for much of this region’s exports, as they can be used for food, dye, and even jewelry. (Also covers grassy coastal plains, but the sands take up most of the collective imagination of the place)
