Cave's Inn

Along the dreary road to Frigshaven stands a shepherd's cave, from which an warm inviting orange hue shines. Wagons crowd before the cave's entrance, and hanging from two pitons inserted into the cave wall a sign reads "Cave's Inn".   The Cave's Inn is a tavern build inside a cave system in the rural areas of Corelia. The central cavern is used for the kitchen and central hall. The cave to the left is used as a stable to keep mounts comfortable. There used to be a cave to the right as well, which was as a sleeping quarters for guests whishing to stay the night. These quarters collapsed when a particularly strong patron got a bit too annoyed at his girlfriend and punched the cave wall. The Cave's Inn offers travellers a place to hide from the infamously bad Corelian weather, rest their feet, and warm themselves up with a nice meal. The Cave's Inn serves warm split pea soup. coffee and tea imported from the far north, and many other dishes.   The Cave's Inn has been run by the Eothem family for over five generations. Its current owner, Pheona Eothem, has been known to use a portion of the profits of the Cave's Inn and support the Doreus Children's Hospital in Frigshaven. She sees this as a way of repaying them for saving her daughter Lineua when she was struck by plague.   The Cave's Inn is a common spot for travellers, hunters, and merchants to meet up with each other and to exchange news & rumours with each other about the going-ons of Frigshaven and the wider world. The Cave's Inn also functions as a postal centre, having a bag full of letters behind the counter. This bag contains the letters brought to the Cave's Inn by travellers returning from Frigshaven. These letters are then given to travellers traveling to their destination, allowing them to travel much longer distances than they usually would.

I like that this isn't just another cave to get out of the bad weather. Wouldn't mind having a better description of the cave and the Inn, as well as more history on the Inn. What kind of weather are they hiding from? And what kind of flora and fauna do they have to deal with if any? Even if you don't answer these questions, I still love it.
