Greyhawk has a scale forged from their own hair that they use to measure intent and purpose, it is also their holy symbol.
Covering one's eyes is also a symbol of devotion to the blind god of Justice.

Divine Goals & Aspirations

Greyhawk wishes for all things to be just, they have been spending the last few thousand years in the Celestial Plane writing out their book of law. Their progress is often interrupted by other gods, deities and creatures of the celestial plane that seek guidance when they are troubled.
