A very oddly acting Tiefling male who was first seen in the holding cells of the Military Police HQ in Hovdal.
He h̶a̶s̶ had a house on the north side of town that used to be a old den for the brotherhood they abandoned.

Has some odd air around him, has been observed to use magic to manipulate a guard to completely forget what he was doing and let Fae out of jail.
