Assassin
"You should never know who is an assassin. An assassin with a reputation is a dead man walking." - Sybol Downs
Assassins build a career out of making sure a blade finds a home for a price.
The best assassins are unknown to the public eye, quietly killing their marks and accepting payment through a trusted middleman. Typically the killer will have an identifier on the target such as a ring or ear delivered for payment, or the news of their passing acts as confirmation.
Assassins, unlike an Enforcer, do not send a message. The killings are handled quietly, discretely, and without fanfare.
The tools of the trade vary heavily by individual. Many use the dagger as their killing implement, but it is not unheard of to see clubs and hammers, or a ranged weapon such as a crossbow. Some assassins dabble in magic as well, such as Sybol Downs with his use of Illusion to disorient his mark.
