Location: River Glanwyn 
Description: A bioluminescent phytoplanton that blooms in the presence of low pH, glowing red. Once the pH increases, it dies off, losing its bioluminescence and becoming a good source of nutrients to restart the foodchain. Its presence is thought to be linked to the location of River Oyster though biologists have yet to discover the link.
