Aasimar

Those of angel blood are the opposite of the tiefling they are those who are born with the power of the upper planes in their blood, their bodies show this with celestial traits. They are largely treated well due to their obvious connections to the upper planes. However, they do face danger in those of more nefarious motives as there are many rumors that the blood of an Aasimar can heal the sick, or that they make better sacrifices to the foul powers. While a tiefling bears the obvious hate and fear of those around them an Aasimar will have to navigate the dangers of a sweet smile and a sharp dagger.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Aasimar take on the appearance of the parent race but have bold features that denote their connection to the upper planes. This depends on which realm their power comes from, angels for example tend to give their heirs gold or silver hair with a radiant halo above their heads. These features are prominent and make it difficult to hide them.
Credari Aasimar The Credari are perhaps the most known variety of the Aasimar they descend from Angels of the heavens their traits commonly include: Golden hair, golden eyes, pale to lightly tan skin whose veins are instead of blue glittering gold when seen through the skin. Their blood when first spilled looks like a white-gold version of blood but dries a dull grey.
Dara'Thael Aasimar A lesser-known caste of angels the Dara'Thael are focused on the virtue of wisdom they gather knowledge and can bring information to those who need it for the greater good. They were the smallest category of angels until very recently in the eyes of the planes, now more and more are appearing and often congregate within the Arcane itself. An Aasimar who descended from the Dara'Thael often has silver-blue hair that has a reflective sheen to it, their eyes are rather unique in that the color normally in the iris is instead in the sclera leaving the iris white with a black pupil. The skin color is unaffected by the Dara'Thael heritage.
Enaral Aasimar The more chaotic of the Aasimar these are the most varied and often outgoing of the Aasimar they tend to have connections to the more natural aspects of the world. Their hair can range in color from emerald greens to browns and blues. Skin can run a spectrum from dark brown to white and the eyes are often multicolored, not heterochromia their eyes are the same they just have multiple colors to them and in some cases shift coloration.
