Ignar

Fire Genasi, Ifrit, Brood of Igzanar, and Ignar are all names used for those dwarves who are born blessed by the element of Fire. Picking between the members of the Draz Tyran mainly with Drazgor and kobolds making up the Ignar.

Physical Description

The Ignar are harder to give a single description too, fire is the element of change given form, however, there are certain stereotypes that develops among those who are Ignar. The only known occurrences of Ignar have been in the Draz Tyran. In such cases, the eyes tend to be the first sign with eyes that glow and burn with an intense flame. An exceedingly high body temperature or a fiery orange glow coming from under their scales as they inhale. Reds and oranges generally mark their scales however blue or even white scaled have been documented as being Ignar.

Society

Ignar are seen in an interesting light as holders of the element most directly attached to magic, and the population of sorcerer Ignar is high, followed by other innate casters with a mere handful being without the ability to use magic. A trait they often use as practice and focus are when they take deep breaths nonmagical fires within ten feet will begin to burn brighter as if one size larger and dim down to normal on the exhale.

Relationships

Ignar are very emotional beings in that they have little control over their emotions and can be rather easily swept up in powerful ones. Melancholy can be a very easy trap for them; however, rage can be an even more dangerous thing for both them and those around them. The only emotion they are not prone to showing at all is jealousy, greed is perfectly fine among them, but the nearest to jealous they feel is the desire to acquire more or better than what someone else has. The Ignar and Undine generally clash on principal more than any real disdain for one another, they hate Kelthad for being a part dwarf and much as they may try to they cannot really hate the Stormborn.
Alignment & Religion: The Ignar fit a very vain and hot-headed stereotype well, they tend to have instantly formed opinions and believe these to be right, frustratingly so for others they are usually right or at least not far off, which only fuels the Ignar in the future. They tend to fall into the chaotic alignments given how easily emotion can sway them, they can however learn control over themselves and seek a more lawful path. They tend to follow dragons with the fire subtype, or the Aspect of Fire or the Dawn King.   Adventurers: Ignar make good adventurers in that they are headstrong and willing to test themselves against opponents. They are generally quick-witted and have the force of personality to accomplish their aims, however, they are not often accused of being serene beings and they are prone to letting their emotions burn brightly.
