Sundorag
The main 'faction' of the orcs and their thralls and allies that serve the Sunerer.
The Sundorag are broken up into smaller tribes such as the:
Rathori tribe
Balzora tribe
Zantru Tribe
An outlier group is called the Gruvhal Clan.
Culture
Most would not consider what the Sundorag have as a culture, that said they have a very barbaric culture. The whole point of the Sundorag is to serve the Sunderer and as such they practice destruction constantly, raiding and killing each other until one faction becomes strong enough to rule the rest and drive them south. There are differences between the different tribes but they are more about how they achieve the will of the Sunderer.
The culture of raiding also aids them greatly, they take slaves of any race and will put the males to use in fighting pits, mining, or food for war beasts. A far worse fate awaits the females as they are to be used for breeding purposes to help swell the numbers of the tribe.
Public Agenda
To bring destruction in the name of the Sunderer
Assets
Untold numbers for their hordes which aren't limited to orcs, but include goblins, ogres, bugbears, hobgoblins, hill giants, trolls, and other beasts.
Pillars of Ruination: The only sort of construction that venerates the Sunderer, these Pillars serve as the center point of the Sundorag's bases always established in the hardest to reach places they enable slain orcs in the area to return to life after a time. The greater the pillar the wider its range leading the orcs that know they are in the range of such a pillar to be fearless and reckless with their savagery. If an orc corpse is in the area of such a pillar any attempt to reanimate the corpse will fail. (And this only applies to the orcs and any of their spawn.)
History
The Sunderer stole a plague from the Blightbringer and twisted it to form the orcs, Who worship the Sunderer through their acts of wanton destruction and breed quickly after they are sent out into the world. While the original orcs created were dangerous and problematic opponents it is only after the first age that the Sundorag came into being as it is known now, a loose collection of creatures held together by the ferocity of the orcs dedicated to the destruction of all things both physically and mentally.
