The appearance of The Dawn King is rather ostentatious wearing metal plated boots, gloves, shoulders and visor helmet with a breastplate of burning gold. The rest of his attire is black on the inside or on the leather of the outfit, a brilliant orange long sleeveless coat. His helmet has no eye, nose, or mouth holes and shines too brightly to look at directly. From his shoulders two large wings of flame are always seen, often in the same form of a phoenix but dragon wings have been seen as well.
Holy Books & Codes
Lectitio Luminaris is the name of the holy book for the followers of the Dawn King. The original is said to have a brass binding with pages that can only be read by exposing them to fire or the light of the sun. For this reasons his temples all have a lectern where the priest reads from have direct access to the sun, particularly the first lights of dawn.

Tenets of Faith
- As Dawn drives away the darkness, so too must must my followers banish the darkness. This is both a literal and metaphorical call to action, followers of the Dawn King should not sit idle and allow darkness to prevail. This darkness can be evil, corruption, fear, and nearly anything negative. In metaphor, it is saying that the Dawn King's followers should not let fear rule them, rather stand tall for what is right.
- Burn Brightly do not allow others to cover your flame In the most basic meaning, it is to be yourself and not let others contain who you. This tends to be the main reason that so many of the Dawn King's followers tend to be very flamboyant in both regalia and attitude.
- A life spent giving others life is one well spent. This tenant comes up in debate more often than most among the clergy, but the commonly accepted part of it is; to help people and improve the lives of others. The Dawn King doesn't enjoy seeing people suffer in life, some believe that giving life refers to raising crops or animals, or large families. Regardless of any other beliefs it is the core principle of helping others that is agreed on.
Holidays
The Dawn King’s holy day is on the Summer Solstice. It is the day where people praise the sun by having large outdoor parties or going to beaches, having picnics with families, or some other outdoor activity. Inside large cities there tend to be parades, and overall a large celebration around every corner.
