Aloth Casimer is a Rogue, that survived and profited during Avalon's Coup, working to support the Cabal. In doing so he was able to profit off the houses of the nobles and establish a place for himself within the new government. He would become with a time an important piece in the external cities of the Empire.

Personal history

Casimer is not one to trifle with he grew up in the old empire. The empire before De Ro. He was there in the palace when the last monarch was killed, he was a friend of Avalon's back in the day. He had heard the rumors of discontent. Like everyone else he didn't think that De Ro could remove the Monarchs with a threat ever looming. He was to essential to the defense, to take over the city and the government. Yet, the cabal of De Ro handled it, Avalon the leading representative started the fires of the city.
Casimer was not among them, he had gone underground, he was a good friend, but not a suicidal friend. What they cabal was doing was beyond him and even themselves. There was a low chance of success, of a continued success. The monarchy was disliked, but it wasn't hated. Killing the monarchy was a 50/50, a shot in the dark. There was enough contention on the streets, but what would the nobility do how would they retailitate. In the end it didn't matter. The cabal simply removed all the nobility. They didn't just kill the monarchy they killed everyone in power. They said the blood in the palace would seep into the boots of those walking through it.
No sir that was not his fight. He chose to go under to fight the fight he could. He sought the information networks, he killed those who survived the purge of Nobility. He killed from the shadows and watched the back of the cabal. There was no mercy, there was no honor. Yet in it he helped the new empire get on it feet.
