The hunting parties under De Ro's guidance and leadership would becom very able trackers and soldiers in general. Before pushing out into the field, De Ro spent a month training with and drilling his men in combat. Thye would fight each other and practice the arts of war when able. Not only did he teach them the arts of war he taught them about being noble, and faithful. Some took this in stride and grouped it together with their faith and others applied it to a new moral code.
