Moytirra

Moytirra is the Goddess of civilization and justice. She represents the law, virtue and honour as well as settlements, from simple structures to big cities. Statues or depictions of her are found in courts while most of her temples stand in cities.
As the Goddess of a law, every oath falls under her domain, from swearing fealty to marriage. 
When a new foundation is built, her symbol is etched into the foundation stone.
