Effect
Command allows the caster to force a single target to perform a simple instruction of 2 words or less.
The effects of the spell last for 10 seconds or until the target is rendered unconscious, put on their bleed count, or the task is complete.
Vocals
By the power of the Runes, I command you to [one/two word instruction]!
E.G. "By The Power Of The Runes, I Command You To Run Away!"
NOTE: You cannot use the Command spell to instruct your target to kill themselves.
I.e. Put themselves on their bleed count.
