Frigg
Former Wife of Odin, and the form Almother 'Queen' of Asgard, she is the mother and step mother to many of the younger Gods; including Baldr and Baldr and Hod.
Frigg is a sorceress of prophetic ability, though she uses her knowledge rarely. The most well known instances of her revealing her power was in her prophecies surrounding the death of her husband Odin , and her son Baldr.
She also took Idunn under the wing as her handmaiden when the Gods were still young, in order to develop her gift with apples, for the benefit of all the Gods.
Now that Odin is dead she has retired from rule, handing his over to her son and her position as Almother to her son's wife, Nanna . She now lives in quiet solitude with the head of Mimir, at Fensalir in Asgard.
