Armour Set Options
The smith can choose either of the following to make.
Thane/Mundane Melee Set
A set of armour containing a Resist Through, Resist Disarm, Resist Stun, Resist Strikedown, Resist Crush, and Resist Fatal.
This set of armour grants the wearer to ability to becomes IMMUNE to all mundane melee damage.
Cost: Cracking of 2 Quartz, Hematite or Obsidian runes. Runes must be of the same level for a short time.
Duration: Dependant on what level of Rune is cracked.
Quartz = 20 seconds
Hematite = 40 seconds
Obsidian = 60 seconds
The wearer must call 'IMMUNE' to any mundane melee damage that lands on them.
NOTE: This does not grant the wearer immunity to melee magical damage, only mundane damage.
Galdr/Magical Ranged Set
A set of armour containing a Resist Ranged Through, Resist Ranged Disarm, Resist Ranged Stun, Resist Ranged Strikedown, Resist Ranged Crush, and Resist Ranged Fatal.
This set of armour grants the wearer to ability to becomes IMMUNE to all magical ranged damage for a short timr.
Cost: Cracking of 2 Quartz, Hematite or Obsidian runes. Runes must be of the same level.
Duration: Dependant on what level of Rune is cracked.
Quartz = 20 seconds
Hematite = 40 seconds
Obsidian = 60 seconds
The wearer must call 'IMMUNE' to any magical ranged damage that is aimed at them.
NOTE: This does not grant the wearer immunity to any melee damage, magical or mundance, only ranged magical Galdr spells.
