Born to an American Military, Tobias moved around a lot in his youth, before they moved to a base in the regions of the Academy. New to the scene of Gunpla building he enveloped himself in some of the AU animes of Gundam before trying his hand at customs and enrolling in the school to have a better source of bettering his abilities as a pilot and find prosperous opponents.
