Bhumi

Drifting inside a Crystal Sphere floating upon the endless flows of Phlogiston that cross the Prime Material, is a world. While the myriad creatures who inhabit this world all know it by a cacophony of different names, its creator dubbed it Bhumi.   Bhumi itself is a perfect sphere, with a equatorial and polar circumference of 25,000 miles. Bhumi orbits its star Istanu every 360 days, while the moon Arma circles Bhumi every 30 days. The year comprises 12 months, each of 30 days, and the year is divided into 4 distinct seasons - Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter, each 3 months of length.   Bhumi is a young world, and geologically highly active. Its surface has been shaped over time by a series of cataclysmic events, each shattering and then remolding the lands in turn. The current globe is dominated by the supercontinent Nuna, a vast swath of land that extends from the Northern Pole far into the Southern Hemisphere. Trapped in its heart is the Sunder Sea, a dying ocean trapped in the supercontinent's dead heart. Extending out from every coastline the countless waves of the Endless Ocean embrace the land.   On the Western Shores of Nuna a great Empire rose up from the ruins of a bloody past. For a time it flourished, expanding its territories and its power. Then a weakening would lead to usurpation that in turn would lead to civil war.   It is within this broken Empire that our adventure beings.
