1st lvl Water Spell: Shaping Water

This spell is a bit more tricky to learn as it requires more focus and practice then other 1st lvl spells.

Effect

it allows the user to lift water with their hands/mind and give it any shape the user can think of. Wis. and Con. DC=20+2 for every additional 6lbs of water.
and if the user turns the water into the shape of the weapon then that weapons damage= Str. & Wis. & Con. skill bonus. Range=Dex. & Str. & Int. skill bonus (in feet).

Side/Secondary Effects

the user may experience slight headache or a bit of confusion if they did not focus enough when using this spell.

Manifestation

Water being lifted up from the mind of the user, as a silk cloth being shaped by the will of user.
