Effect

Able to create a path of ice, granting the caster more speed up to 80ft. DC 10 (Wis) creating up to 40ft and +2 for every 10ft added to the path of ice. lvl 4-8 40ft, lvl 9-12 80ft, 13-16 120ft.

Side/Secondary Effects

If the caster does not slow down properly, they'll obviously slip, crash, and break something which is one side effect....

Manifestation

Ice that is like a glass, that slowly becomes like powdered snow, melting as the user travels onwards.
