Effect
Allows the user to walk on any body of water whether across or upwards or downwards.
Lvl 4-8 Wis. & Con. DC=20+5 if water is not calm, lvl 9-12 DC=18, lvl 13-16 DC=16.
for every round the user uses this spell DC=20+1 for every round when this spell is active.
Side/Secondary Effects
The user's feet will be wet.
Manifestation
The user of this spell when walking on water, the water would like a water balloon being stepped on and slowly sink if the user of the spell stands in place for too long.

A spell book or from power from within.
Material Components
The user would need to take off any footwear they have otherwise they will sink even with the spell active and end up walking under the surface of the water instead of on top of it.
Gestures & Ritual
After reciting the name of the spell the user can walk on water, WALK not running or jogging.
