Str. & Wis. DC=19+2 for every 10ft the flames moves to.

Gestures & Ritual

After reciting the spell, moving your hands to give shape to the fire and to control where it moves, but it will stretch as it will stay where the source of the fire is from (Ex: campfires, torches, ect.
