Create a spear of ice to throw at a target, impaling it and freezing the target from within. 8d8+ Str. and Dex. bonus. DC=16, Freezing DC=15+class lvl. weights 9 lbs, range=25 x Dex. skill bonus., type pierce, size L

Side/Secondary Effects

If the target fails the dc, they become more and more frozen everytime, and if the target fails four times for the dc, they then become fully frozen in a shell of ice.
