3rd lvl Lightning Spell: Conductive Form

Effect

Able to take the form of an electric current and travel through conductive materials and then shape back into flesh. (Example: User touches conductive cord, then travels through the cord to the other end of the cord, making it very useful when traveling from one side to the other). Dex., Wis. & Con. DC=28+2 for every 20 meters travelling. and when you hit a living target while traveling, you deal 4d8+2 damage for every 2 meters traveled.

Side/Secondary Effects

Hair will be affected and the user's whole body will feel numb.

smells very metallic, like iron or copper.
