expand/multiply the atoms in the water to essentially make more water.
Wis. DC=15+1 for every gallon of water expanded.

at least a drop of water to expand.

Gestures & Ritual

after reciting the spell's name, expand your hands/fingers while pushing slightly forward, then gently bring your arms back and repeat the process.
